Every manager has an obligation, within his or her area of responsibility, to ensure that employees and business partners are informed about the contents of the Code of Conduct and urge to observe them. Managers within Fred.Olsen Marine Services AS must always set a good example. Adherence to the Code of Conduct is followed up continuously as a natural part of ongoing operations.
 
Repeated and serious violation of the Code of Conduct results in corrective action. If any of Fred.Olsen Marine Services AS's business partners repeatedly and seriously violates Fred.Olsen Marine Services AS's  Code of Conduct, cooperation is discontinued.

WE SHALL BE A COMPANY WITH INTEGRITY AND HIGH ETHICAL STANDARDS

• We shall comply with applicable laws and regulations
• We shall obtain our goals by acting fairly and honestly towards colleagues, customers, suppliers, competitiors and other third parties
• We shall report full, fair, accurate and timely in reports and documents
• We shall not offer or accept bribes or other illegal gifts or benefits in order to achieve business or personal advantages
• We shall respect local culture and traditions
• We accept no discrimination due to sex, race or religion
• We shall inform and train employees to awarness and knowloedge of the Company's commitment to high ethical standards
• We shall always have the best interest of the Company in mind
• We expect our sub-contractors to have the same high ethical standard as we have, and is a part of our eveluation for approval.

LOYALTY AND HONEST BASED ON COMPANY POLICIES AND REQUIREMENTS IS EXPECTED BY ALL EMPLOYEES AND VIOLATIONS WILL NOT BE TOLERATED.
